EVRMV is a fitness and lifestyle project created for men over 40 who want to make the most of every minute in the gym. Instead of scrolling or standing idle between sets, EVRMV turns downtime into progress with guided breathing, mobility work, and thought prompts.

The result is a continuous, full-spectrum workout that builds strength, supports recovery, improves mobility, and sharpens focus. Our mission is to help midlife athletes adopt a sustainable, daily fitness practice that fuels the body, clears the mind, and fits seamlessly into life’s rhythm.

About the Founder

Aryeh Elbaz, 55, is the creator of EVRMV, as well as a husband and father of five. With more than four decades of training experience, from weightlifting and CrossFit to yoga and beyond, Aryeh has lived the ups and downs of staying strong and consistent through many stages of life.

His approach blends strength training, mobility, cardio, mindful recovery, and personal development. Through EVRMV, he helps men over 40 build strength, ease anxiety, move with greater freedom, and find the focus and energy needed to take on each day with purpose.
